Shijimi Shimane

Shijimi Shimane (島根しじみ, Shimane Shijimi) is a minor character in Advance! Kitakou Broadcasting Club and a student at St.Andreas Asaka Academy.

Appearance

Shijimi is a short, childish-looking boy with a somewhat shaggy green bob-cut. Though he is known for wearing a backpack with a pair of plush wings on his back, he initially did not appear with it and was drawn looking slightly taller and older in his first few appearances.

His first Asaka uniform was simply a white uniform shirt, dark slacks, and a tie, while his later uniform (in and after Pure) consists of a blue sweater vest, the uniform shirt, a red tie, and a pair of lighter blue trousers. He also started wearing his backpack and beret at this point.

Trivia

• His first name refers to a type of clam, the shijimi, while his surname (like many other characters) is a reference to the prefecture of the same name.
