Hidekaz Himaruya (日丸屋 秀和 Himaruya Hidekaz) is the creator of the series Advance! Kitakou Broadcasting Club, Barjona Bombers, and the other series hosted on the Kitayume website.
Himaruya lived in New York from late 2006 until some point in early 2009, when he moved back to Japan following the release of the Hetalia: Axis Powers anime and his contract with Comic Birz.
