Kanra Takasaki (高崎甘楽, Takasaki Kanra) is a minor character in Advance! Kitakou Broadcasting Club (and Pure) who attends Iwase Agricultural High School.

Appearance

In her brief appearance in this version, she wears her hair loose and her Iwase girls' uniform consists of a white uniform shirt shirt with a bowknot and a dark skirt.

Kitakou Pure

Her Iwase girls' uniform in this series is a white sailor uniform blouse with a khaki-green collar and cuffs and matching skirt. She wears her hair tied back into a ponytail with a red bow.

Profile

The daughter in a family of craftsmen, Kanra is a mature girl with a sister-like personality (which causes her to be referred to as Anego, or "sister" due to this). She's honest and strict, yet still somewhat meek deep down. Her philosophies on love are also somewhat old-fashioned. Though Kanra is quite attractive in appearance, she tries not to let her thick and "obnoxious" accent slip out.

Her favorite hobbies include drawing in her sketchbook, making konjac jelly, painting, writing, and reading novels. Her favorite food is the nikuman (a steamed bun).

Kanra has been friends with Junsa since they were small children, though their friendship is hectic as she spends most of her time trying to stop his rampages and making sure that he doesn't get himself into trouble.

Trivia

• Her first name is based off of a town of the same name in Gunma Prefecture. Her surname is also based off of a city in the same prefecture.
