Shimajirō (しもじろー) is the umbrella title for a series of fan comics written and illustrated by Hidekaz Himaruya, based on the 1988 slice of life manga and anime series Shima Shima Tora no Shimajirō (しましまとらのしまじろう, lit. "Striped Island Tiger Shimajirō").
Running from 2005 through 2006, it departs from the child-friendly nature of the source material and instead depicts the characters aged up and acting in more adult-oriented gags and situations. Unlike the Live A Live fancomic, Shimajirō never recieved its own separate index page on Kitayume, instead being released alongside other non-linear works at the time. After Kitayume's redesign in 2008, all the comics were unlisted, though the manga pages themselves remained live until the site's closure in 2019.
